Protein French Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 scoop (about 39 g) Farmer’s Protein

  • ½ cup milk

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Bread slices, for dipping

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, Farmer’s Protein, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

  2. Dip bread slices into the mixture, coating both sides.

  3. Cook on a buttered pan over medium heat until golden on each side.

  4. Serve warm.

Tip: Serve with berries and maple syrup.
